How we report
This page is currently maintained manually as part of our soft-launch operations. During an incident, we update the status banner above and add a short note in the incident log. For real-time updates while we're investigating an active incident, the fastest channel is email to hello@nebulanovel.com.
Once Nebula has meaningful traffic we will migrate this page to automated synthetic monitoring (Better Uptime or similar) on independent infrastructure so it stays available even during a regional cloud outage.
